Connect and manage integrations

Integrations connect the app with supported external services. Use Settings > Integrations to review available provider cards, connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, manage connected calendar accounts, and access provider-specific key dialogs when available.

Use Integrations to:

  1. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
  2. Review connected provider account email addresses.
  3. Remove provider calendar connections.
  4. Open provider-specific key or setup dialogs when available.
  5. Troubleshoot access, plan, account, and redirect issues.

Before you start

  • Your role must allow integration access.
  • The current plan must include the integration feature.
  • The provider or add-on must be visible for the current Space.
  • Provider authorization requires internet access.
  • Browser redirects or mobile provider windows must be allowed.

Manage API-key style integrations when visible

  1. Open the provider card or dialog.
  2. Review existing keys and the user who created each one.

  4. Delete keys that should no longer be used.
  5. Create a new key only when the provider setup requires it.

Security Notes

  • Provider connections should use the intended external account.
  • API keys should be treated like passwords.
  • Delete keys that are no longer needed.
  • Do not share provider keys or connection details in public channels.
  • If an account was connected by mistake, remove it and reconnect with the right account.

Troubleshooting

Integration options are hidden

  • Symptom: You cannot see an expected provider card.
  • Cause: The integration may not be visible for the current Space, your role may not allow it, or the plan may not include it.
  • Resolution:
    1. Confirm the active Space.
    2. Ask a Space admin to confirm integration access.
    3. Ask the billing owner to verify plan availability.

Authorization does not return to the app

  • Symptom: Provider sign-in completes, but the app does not show the connection.
  • Cause: The redirect may be blocked, the provider window may have been closed, or the app may be offline.
  • Resolution:
    1. Return to Integrations and refresh.
    2. Retry the connection.
    3. Allow popups and redirects.
    4. Confirm internet access.

Wrong provider account is connected

  • Symptom: Calendar events or account email do not match the intended account.
  • Cause: The provider was already signed in to another account.
  • Resolution:
    1. Delete the connected account in Integrations.
    2. Sign in to the intended provider account.
    3. Reconnect.

API key was copied or shared by mistake

  • Symptom: A key may be exposed.
  • Cause: API keys can be copied from the integration dialog.
  • Resolution:
    1. Delete the exposed key.
    2. Create a new key if the provider still needs one.
    3. Update the provider setup with the new key.

FAQ

Are integrations personal or Space-level?

It depends on the provider. Calendar connections are tied to the connected provider account, while some key-based provider setups are managed from the Space integration area.

Can integrations work offline?

No. Connecting, refreshing, and removing external provider data requires internet access.
