Lists are where teams plan, track, and review tasks inside a Space. A List can have multiple saved views, each with its own layout, filters, sorting, grouping, and display settings.

Troubleshooting
The List page does not show the help you expected
- Symptom: Help opens but suggested articles are too broad.
- Cause: The current List view may not have a more specific help context.
- Resolution:
- Use the Help search field.
- Search for the action name, such as filter, group, import, view, quick task, or private view.
- Open the matching article.
- Start a guide only when the article offers one and the guide matches what you want to do.
I cannot find a control on mobile
- Symptom: The desktop article mentions a toolbar or view tab, but mobile looks different.
- Cause: Mobile groups controls into the view selector, tune/more tools panel, and full-screen dialogs.
- Resolution:
- Open the mobile view selector for saved views.
- Open the tune/more tools panel for Filter, Sort, Group, Import, and Export.
- Open header more actions for List-level actions.
