Troubleshooting

My Work looks empty

  • Cause: There may be no matching assigned/owned work, mentions, reminders, due items, or recent activity in the selected period.
  • Resolution:
    1. Confirm the active Space.
    2. Change the date range.
    3. Toggle Subtasks if needed.
    4. Check task owners, assignees, due dates, reminders, and mentions in the source work.

Summary numbers differ from a List

  • Resolution:
    1. Match the date range.
    2. Check Subtasks.
    3. Compare with source List filters.
    4. Open the widget details or source work before reporting a mismatch.

New Task is missing or disabled

  • Symptom: You cannot create a task from My Work.

FAQ

Is My Work the same as a List?

No. My Work is a personal review page. Lists are structured containers with views, fields, filters, and task management.

Why does Summary include work I do not own?

Summary reviews the current Space, not only your personal queue. It includes accessible work across the Space.

Does Subtasks change all widgets?

The dashboard Subtasks toggle overrides widget subtask settings for the current review.
