- Add email, phone, address, linked Company, owner, assignees, tags, and notes as needed.

Troubleshooting
You cannot save a Contact
- Symptom: Save is disabled or the Contact does not update.
- Cause: You may not have edit access, or the app may be offline.
- Resolution:
- Confirm edit access with a Space admin.
- Reconnect if offline.
- Try saving again after fields are valid.
Linked Company is missing
- Symptom: You cannot attach a Company to a Contact.
- Cause: Companies may be disabled, you may lack Company access, or no Company exists yet.
- Resolution:
- Ask a Space admin to confirm Companies are enabled.
- Create the Company if you have access.
- Search by full or partial Company name.
A Contact duplicate appears
- Symptom: Two Contacts represent the same person.
- Cause: A Contact was created instead of updating the existing record.
- Resolution:
- Compare names, emails, and phones.
- Move notes or follow-up to the Contact your team will keep.
- Delete or archive the duplicate only when you have confirmed it is safe.
