Open a shared List
A shared List link opens a public read-only list page. Use it when an external viewer needs to review tasks or progress without joining the Space.
Public List viewers can:
- Open the public /list/… URL.
- Review the list title.
- Review visible tasks and included fields.
- View the shared list in the configured view style when supported.
- Scroll through the public page on desktop or mobile.
Public List viewers cannot create, edit, archive, delete, change settings, manage views, use member-only menus, or save list changes.
Before you start
- The list owner or editor must enable Publish to web for the list.
- The public link must be active.
- The list must not be archived or deleted.
- The viewer needs the correct /list/… URL.
- The public page requires network access.
How public sharing works
- The list owner publishes the list.
- The owner copies the public list link.
- The viewer opens the link in a browser.
- The app loads the public list data.
- The viewer reviews the list in read-only mode.
Expected outcome: The viewer can inspect the shared list without signing in or changing it.

| Time tracking, comments, member-only menus, and private context | Not available from the public page. |
Open the shared List
- Open the public List link you received.
- Wait for loading to finish.
- Confirm the list title matches the expected work.
- Review visible tasks and fields.
- Ask the sender for a new link if the page shows missing content.
Use the right link format
A public List link starts with /list/. A signed-in app link starts with /p/l/ and may require Space membership and permissions.
Understand disabled actions
Disabled or missing actions are expected. Public List pages are for review only. Ask to be invited to the Space if you need to edit, comment, change views, or manage tasks.

- Ask for a refreshed public link.
- Ask to be added to the Space if you need deeper access.
