- Resolution:
- Confirm you are signed in with the correct account.
- Ask the account owner, Space owner, or billing admin to review billing.
- If the subscription was purchased from App Store or Google Play, use Manage Subscription from that store account.
- If the page says billing is not configured, contact support.
Billing says you are offline

- Cause: Billing and checkout require internet access.
- Resolution:

- Reopen or refresh Plans & Billing.
- Retry the action.
A plan changed but access did not update
- Symptom: You upgraded, changed, restored, or resumed a subscription, but a paid feature is still unavailable.
- Cause: Subscription data may still be syncing, the feature may have a separate usage limit, or your role may not allow the action.
- Resolution:
- Refresh the app.
- Open Plans & Billing and confirm the subscription state.
- Open Usage and check the related limit.
- Confirm your role in the Space allows the action.
- Report the issue with the plan name, billing provider, and affected feature.
FAQ
Does Billing control permissions?
No. Billing controls plan availability and usage limits. Your role and item permissions still control what you can view, edit, create, or manage.
Why do I see different billing actions on mobile?
The installed app may use App Store or Google Play billing. Store-managed subscriptions use Restore Purchase and Manage Subscription instead of all web billing controls.
Does every account show payment methods and invoices?
No. Payment methods, billing address, pending invoices, upcoming invoices, and invoice history appear only when supported by the billing provider and when you have access to view them.
